Refund Policy

This page explains the practical refund rules for PVEstrap purchases. It does not replace the full Terms of Service, but it is the fastest way to understand what happens after checkout.
1. Quick answer
Unclaimed PVEMM licenses can be reviewed. After a license is claimed, refund review depends on usage. Once the claimed license passes 10% of the purchased duration, it is normally outside refund eligibility.
Gifted licenses are handled more strictly: once a gifted key is claimed, that gifted portion is not refundable. The same rule applies when a buyer purchases multiple licenses and later gifts one or more keys from that purchase.
2. Key rules
- Unclaimed licenses can still be reviewed under the normal refund policy.
- Claimed licenses at or under 10% usage may still be reviewed, but approval is not automatic.
- Claimed licenses above 10% usage are normally not refundable.
- Any claimed gift delivery is treated as final for that gifted license.
- If you bought multiple licenses and later gifted one or more of them, the claimed gifted keys are excluded from refund review.
- Chargebacks or disputes can lead to immediate license revocation.
- If you need help before opening a billing issue, contact support first and include the purchase email plus any delivery link you still have.
3. Recovery first
If your delivery page expired, use Recover Purchase before you email support. Most missing-key cases are delivery or verification issues, not refund issues.

When you do reach out, include the purchase email, product name, and any delivery or recovery link you still have. Formal legal language is available in the Terms of Service.
